Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jeebaj platform, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeebaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jeebaj website located at jeebaj.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional programs, payment services, and customer support features available therein.

By creating a jeebaj account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jeebaj platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 8 of this document.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

jeebaj is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, or play.

To be eligible to open and maintain a jeebaj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jeebaj does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money game or betting market. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person in relation to gambling activity.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the jeebaj platform or any affiliated platform, nor must you have been permanently closed for fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active jeebaj account under any name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address.

Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one jeebaj account. Registration requires accurate, complete, and current information.

To access real-money games and betting markets on jeebaj, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number associated with your preferred payment method (e.g., your bKash or Nagad number).

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly notify jeebaj of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Providing false registration information, including but not limited to a fictitious name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any remaining balance.

• One account per person: Only one account per individual is permitted, regardless of device, IP address, email address, or payment method used. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances consolidated or forfeited at jeebaj's discretion.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jeebaj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC verification: jeebaj may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank/mobile wallet statement.
• Account currency: All jeebaj accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No multi-currency accounts are offered. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are in BDT.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeebaj are processed in BDT via locally integrated payment methods.

jeebaj supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Players are responsible for ensuring they use a payment method registered in their own name — third-party payment transactions are not accepted.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jeebaj account within minutes of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating periods. Requests submitted during public holidays in Bangladesh — including Eid and national days — may be subject to processing delays of up to 48 hours. jeebaj will communicate any anticipated delays proactively.
• Withdrawal conditions: A withdrawal may only be initiated once any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Declined transactions: jeebaj reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, involves a third-party payment source, or is associated with prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Dormant account fees: An account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jeebaj may apply a monthly maintenance charge of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such charge is applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on jeebaj are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions disclosed at the time of each promotion.

jeebaj offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms disclosed in the individual promotion description at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new one can be activated.
• No bonus abuse: jeebaj employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse patterns, including low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have the bonus and associated winnings voided. Repeat offenders may face permanent account closure.
• Right to withdraw promotions: jeebaj reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are targeted at individual players at jeebaj's sole discretion and may not be available to all accounts.
• Seasonal promotions: jeebaj may run special promotional campaigns aligned with events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26). These campaigns are subject to their own specific terms which will be communicated at the time of each campaign launch.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on jeebaj operate under standardised rules. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before wagering.

jeebaj offers a diverse range of real-money gaming products, including RNG casino games (slots, table games, instant-win games), live dealer casino games, and sports betting markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines. Each product category operates under its own specific ruleset, which is accessible within the relevant game or market interface. Players are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Game integrity: All RNG-based casino games on jeebaj use certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating in independently managed studio environments. jeebaj does not manipulate game outcomes, and return-to-player (RTP) data for slot titles is published within each game's information panel.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules at the time the wager is placed. In the event of a technical malfunction or data error affecting settlement, jeebaj reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player accounts. This is the sole remedy available to players in such circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum wagers: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. jeebaj may adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
• In-play betting: Live cricket betting and other in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. jeebaj reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of high activity or when match data is delayed or unavailable. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the underlying event is cancelled.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game will complete according to the applicable game rules. jeebaj is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before initiating a real-money session.
• Currency and odds: All prices and payouts on jeebaj are denominated in BDT. Sports betting odds are presented in decimal format by default. Cricket markets are settled based on official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) after all official post-match decisions, including any DLS method applications.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain actions are strictly prohibited on the jeebaj platform. Violation of these rules will result in account closure and potential legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeebaj platform. This list is not exhaustive — jeebaj reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct not explicitly listed below constitutes prohibited activity:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one jeebaj account, whether under the same or different identity details, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a jeebaj account. All chargebacks initiated against jeebaj without valid cause will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Money laundering: Using the jeebaj platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds. jeebaj is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Cooperating with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or exploit known vulnerabilities in live dealer games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with jeebaj games or betting markets in place of genuine manual player action.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, odds discrepancies, or game promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour and intended solely to extract guaranteed profit from the Platform.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access the jeebaj platform infrastructure, databases, or APIs without authorisation, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or data-scraping tools to any part of the Platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

jeebaj may suspend or close accounts for violations of these Terms. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time.

jeebaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jeebaj reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the player's account has been used for any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; (d) the player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to jeebaj or other players on the Platform.

• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their jeebaj account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining on the account at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own gambling activity may activate a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked for all real-money activity and the player will be removed from marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Balance on closure: In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jeebaj reserves the right to void and forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus and real-money funds, where the balance arose directly or indirectly from prohibited conduct. In cases where closure is due to ineligibility (e.g., age) rather than fraud, deposited funds that have not been wagered will be returned.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding account closure or fund forfeiture, players should contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of their complaint. jeebaj will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, further escalation options will be communicated to the player at that stage.
• Data retention: Following account closure, jeebaj will retain player records including transaction history, KYC documentation, and correspondence for a period of up to 5 years in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and our Privacy Policy. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
